Anxiety can strike in the most inopportune places, causing your body to behave in the most embarrassing way and leaving you feeling inadequate. Unfortunately, more negative thinking just compounds the problem. Although positive thinking will help the situation enormously, hypnotherapy to address the trigger can help resolve the issue once and for all. It might not take effect in a single session, but it could mean you can get on with your life.

Anxiety is caused when the body releases stress hormones when their release is not warranted. It can lead to panic attacks, the development of phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, untimely messages to urinate constantly or suffer bouts of diarrhoea, heart palpitations so bad that some people think they are having a heart attack, cravings for sugary foods etc.
